Sometimes we have to be broken,
to be remade.

We have to be lost,  
before we are found.

We have to hurt,
before we can heal.  

We at Hands of Gaia have walked in the same shoes as many of you and like you we fight our demons everyday, seeking strength in the bonds we forge.  

We aim not only to give guidance and share our energies, but to strengthen the bonds we make and bring others into the healing light.  

One day we will watch as those who walk their own path, walk side by side with ours, not to compete or challenge one another.

But to make sure we all reach the destination.
