This is a therapy that is used to delve into the traumas of ones past and present life times,. We aim to find the root cause of any strong blockages which may be holding you back and causing dis-ease in the body. This will deal heavily in the practices of Shadow Work and Cord Cutting.

 Each Person holds their own beliefs and every session is accepting and embracing towards this individuality. 

 

Each session starts out with a base plan that is then tailored to you and your needs. As we work together and receive guidance, more information will come to light.

How the sessions go really does all depend on you, where you are and how deep you are willing/wanting to go.
